đ *Ingredients*
➤ 4 rotis (crushed by hand)
➤ 1 tbsp oil
➤ 1 onion (finely chopped)
➤ 1 green chili (chopped)
➤ 8-10 curry leaves
➤ 2 tbsp peanuts
➤ ½ tsp mustard seeds
➤ ¼ tsp turmeric powder
➤ Salt to taste
➤ 1 tsp sugar (optional)
➤ Lemon juice
➤ Fresh coriander for garnish
đŠđŗ *Steps*
*Step 1:* Crush the rotis by hand into small flakes.
*Step 2:* Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves & peanuts. Roast well.
*Step 3:* Add chopped onion & green chili, sautÊ until soft.
*Step 4:* Add turmeric powder, salt & sugar. Mix well.
*Step 5:* Add crushed roti flakes and toss until crispy.
*Step 6:* Turn off the flame, add lemon juice & coriander.
